Meet Bob Zellinger

I grew up with a real estate background. Beginning with my grandfather, a real estate broker in Southwestern Wisconsin, continuing with my parents, Denny and Lynn Mathis, real estate was a natural career choice. I graduated from the University of Minnesota with a degree in urban planning and went on to an internship with the Metropolitan Council. By combining that background with my familys practical application of residential real estate, Im able to assist buyers in showing homes, writing contracts, and following up with essential paperwork. I work with sellers by holding open houses and marketing their properties to successful closing.
