Meet Denny and Lynn

Denny and Lynn have been continuous full time real estate professionals since 1980. That's over 40 years of combined experience in real estate sales and management! Their specialty is residential real estate, and they have successfully worked with first-time and move-up home buyers, sellers in all price ranges, and upper bracket properties.

A strong area of their business expertise is in new construction. Lynn and Denny both have represented builders and work with buyers to build new homes.

Denny has owned and managed his own real estate and building companies. After taking the opportunity to sell his company to a major savings and loan, he decided to concentrate his energy and expertise on his first love, listing and selling real estate.

Lynn has been involved in upper management of a major real estate company in the Twin Cities, and is extremely computer literate. She finds it more enjoyable working with "real people" rather than in the corporate environment.

Real Estate Experience

Denny and Lynn have each taken an approach to real estate that is unique to their area. Their real estate careers are a lifestyle for both of them.

With his drive and enthusiasm, Denny has taken a leadership position within the Realtor organization to help pass Minnesota legislation to lift the burden of unfair residential taxation. That goal was achieved in the 1998 legislative session with the passage of the "House is a House" bill, which compressed the tax classification system in Minnesota. Denny has also excelled in the areas of professional standards and national committee involvement.

Lynn's expertise has been in the managerial and administrative aspects of real estate. She has worked in the areas of residential sales, administrative management and was director of operations for a national real estate franchise.

Because their expertise and involvement has been spread throughout the real estate industry since 1980, there are few problems or situations that clients and customers have had, that haven't been solved to their satisfaction.

The Real Estate Lifestyle

While working in the real estate industry, Denny and Lynn raised their blended family of 5 children. That experience helped them to see that humor, objectivity, and a sense of fair play would enhance their real estate transactions. It also spawned a family interest in Real Estate. Lynn's son Bob Zellinger is also a local Realtor and assistant to both Denny and Lynn.

In closing when a client genuinely enjoys the process of working with Denny and Lynn, that's the highest compliment they want to receive. They feel fortunate to be able to get so much satisfaction from the real estate work they do.
